The Galaxynet PRO Application has the following features.

1. You can set the number of days until the return order is eligible or the product is available. Once the date has passed, the customer will not be able to initiate a return or use the returns button on the customer order information page.

2. You can set when the return order button appears depending on the current order status. For example, you wouldn't want the returns button to appear when the order is pending.
